SALES TAX
A sales tax of 8.375% is added to all orders in NY State.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS
For online orders, Pink Orchid accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.

We do not charge your credit card until we ship your merchandise. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. Pink Orchid is not responsible for malformed addresses or typographical errors.

 

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are redeemable online or in store.

We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service, but if you have any questions or concerns, please email sandy@pinkorchidnyc.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the U.S. only. We are unable to ship to international, APO or FPO addresses.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS
After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation from Pink Orchid. We will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of purchase. You will be notified when your order ships.
